A: The digital assets referred to by the platform are various IP-protected digital teaching and research outputs, including proprietary curriculum systems, lesson plans and courseware, industry-education integration case libraries, industry research reports, and teaching assessment systems.

Through standardized content archiving, ownership agreements, copyright registration, and standardized management of an internal asset library, the platform consolidates teaching and research outputs into reusable, compliantly licensable knowledge-based digital assets that serve curriculum co-development and education ecosystem empowerment for partner institutions at home and abroad.

Q2: What role does the EHEA system play in credit cooperation between the two sides?

A: The EHEA, i.e. the European Higher Education Area, was established through the Bologna Process, and its member states commonly use the ECTS European credit standard. As Hungary is an EHEA member, our European learning centers deliver teaching under this credit framework. Cross-border credit articulation must be built on formal agreements between the Chinese and foreign institutions, mutually matched training programs, and the approval of each country’s education policies; a credit system framework does not automatically imply mutual recognition of degrees.

Q3: What is the model of jointly building overseas foundation and International Year One learning centers for study in China?

A: We cooperate with local European universities to establish foundation and International Year One learning centers for study in China at European universities. The curriculum benchmarks the teaching standards of China’s pilot universities for international student foundation programs; students complete one year of foundation plus one year of International Year One courses in their home country. After passing the assessments, they may apply, under inter-institutional cooperation agreements, to enter partner Chinese universities for undergraduate studies. The program strictly follows China’s management policies on international students and local regulations; completing the courses automatically confers admission eligibility to the Chinese universities whose certified courses the students have completed with passing results.
