The Center of the “the Belt and Road” Business Department (Central and Eastern Europe) of the School of Industrialists of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University was launched in Hungary

On May 13, 2024, against the backdrop of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s successful state visits to France, Serbia, and Hungary and the significant diplomatic consensus reached with their leaders, the “Belt and Road” Business Unit (Central and Eastern Europe) Center of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University’s School of Industrialists was officially launched and put into operation in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

General Secretary Xi Jinping’s successful visit to Hungary from May 8th to 10th, 2024, has achieved fruitful results in investment and trade, scientific and technological innovation, and cultural education, marking a new height in the joint construction of the Belt and Road Initiative between China and Central and Eastern European countries represented by Hungary, as well as the strategic partnership between China and Central and Eastern European countries. In order to better serve Chinese enterprises to invest and develop in Hungary, the Hungarian Investment Promotion Bureau has specially set up the Central European Investment Enterprise Service Center. The Center of the “the Belt and Road” Business Department (Central and Eastern Europe) of the School of Industrialists of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University was invited to jointly launch the opening ceremony with the Central European Investment Enterprise Service Center of the Hungarian Investment Promotion Bureau in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, on May 13, 2024.

This listing event is hosted by the Hungarian Investment Promotion Agency and the China Europe Enterprise Investment Service Center, with Ms. Liu Yikun, the Business Investment Director of the Chinese Embassy in Hungary, and Mr. Peter, the Chairman of the Hungary China Economic Chamber Mr. Erno, the Hungarian investment promotion commissioner, Mr. Texidor Radv á ny Ilona, the chairman of Fengjia International, Mr. Geng Jian, the industry director of the “the Belt and Road” Business Unit of the School of Industrialists of Xi’an Jiaotong Liverpool University, and representatives of Hungarian industry and commerce, finance, science and technology education attended the meeting.
